Following this recipe you can make any condensed soup. Use Vegetable broth or other meat broth in place of chicken broth if desired. Adjust seasonings to suit taste.

3 cups Chicken broth (Homemade or store-bought)
1 tsp. Dehydrated onion
1 cup Heavy cream or half and half
1 tsp. Celery seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Dried parsley
1/2 cup Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the chicken broth (stock) on medium heat until boiling. Add the onion, celery, garlic powder and parsley and allow to continue to boil at least 5 minutes. Mix the cold cream and flour together until smooth and thick. Remove the seasoned broth from the heat. pour the flour mixture slowly into the broth. Whisk until fully incorporated and all lumps are smooth.
USE: Use in any recipe calling for condensed soup.
Additional Versions:
For a thick cheesy soup, heat the condensed soup and add 1 cup grated cheese Stir until smooth.
For a nourishing creamy Tomato soup, Add a can of Tomato Sauce and a Can of whole tomatoes, blend with an Immersion blender until smooth and cream.
For Mushroom, cut up fresh mushrooms or use canned mushrooms, just add to the condensed soup and heat.
For Celery soup, dice 3/4-1 cup fresh celery, 1 tsp celery salt stirring well.
For Cauliflower dice 1 cup florets and add 1/2 cup grated cheese stir until smooth.
For Broccoli: Dice 1 cup florets and add 1/2 cup grated cheese, stir until smooth.
