My recipe below is easily multiplied for number of servings needed. So you can make a small amount or enough to serve a crowd.
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
⦁ 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
⦁ 1/4 C. Vanilla Sugar, Coconut Palm Sugar (or sweetener to taste)
⦁ 2 C. water
Lemon Zest (optional)
⦁ sliced lemons, for garnish
Mason Jar or Pitcher
Directions
1. Mix lemon juice and sugar together in a pitcher until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add water to dilute and chill.
