Serves 2:
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
A dozen Fresh Basil leaves (chopped)
3-4 Nasturtium Flowers (unblemished-fresh picked)
Rinse the Nasturtium flowers and Basil leaves and carefully pat dry. With scissors, remove the center pistil of the flower. Mix the Cottage cheese and chopped basil together until blended. With a spoon or piping tube, carefully stuff the Cottage Cheese and Basil mixture into the center of each flower.
