Here's an eggnog the kidlets will enjoy no matter what hour of the day it is served.

8-10 oz. Eggnog-enough to cover the ice cream
Scoop Ice Cream
Whipped Cream topping
Vanilla Bean (stir stick)
Chill eggnog. (Homemade or store bought--see our JFA Eggnog recipe link below). Add one scoop favorite Ice cream flavor (I used old fashioned Vanilla), pour eggnog slowly into glass , mug or chosen beverage container to cover ice cream. Top liberally with Whipped Cream. Add a Vanilla bean stir stick. Serve with a spoon.
Optional: Sprinkle candy snowflakes on top.
For Children, the snowman stir stick is a treat. Simply assemble some regular marshmallows on a wooden skewer, top with a bell shaped gum drop, and for the littlest ones dot some food coloring for the eyes and buttons. Or poke with whole cloves for older children and adults with a caution to remove the cloves before eating the snowmen.
