What you need:
Edible flowers (Pansy, Viola)
Ice Tray or candy molds
Water
Cocktail Glass
Moscato or other wine or Champagne
Lemon-Lime Soda or Lemonade
Directions:
Fill the ice trays with water and place clean-rinsed edible flower in each pocket of the tray. The flowers will want to float, so hold them down a bit until they stay mostly submerged in the water. Freeze until solid. Pop out of the trays and fill a pitcher or individual glass with the floral embedded ice cubes. Top of with your favorite wine, champagne or Lemonade or other beverage. Ready to serve.
