For Herb Tea:
Pour hot water into a heat proof mug, place the herb bundle into the hot water and steep until desired strength. Herbal tea can be a blend of your favorite culinary herbs or a single favorite herb such as Lemon Balm, Rosemary or Lavender. Sweeten if desired with pure raw honey, coconut sugar, cane sugar or alternative sweetener of your choice, reliant on your dietary needs. Grated ginger, lemon or lime rind may be added if desired to your herb bundle.
Suggested Herbal Tea Blend: Rosemary and Vanilla, Lemon Balm and lemon or Lime rind, Grated Ginger sweetened with honey or Coconut Sugar.
For Soup or Chicken Broth:
Add the blend of fresh herbs tied into a cheese cloth or muslin square and tie off with kitchen twine. Toss the herb bundle into the soup to add flavor to the soup. Herb blends of your choice can be combined in the herb bundle.
Suggested Cooking Blend: Fresh Sage, Chives, Thyme, Marjoram or Oregano, Basil and Parsley. Adjust to your own taste.

CAUTION: Normally there are few side effects from culinary herbs, however, as with all herbs, use only in moderation whether for you, your family. Pregnant or Lactating females should not use any herbs without consulting their primary physician. For individuals that have bleeding disorders or on prescribed blood thinners do not use Oregano, it may increase bleeding. For those allergic to mint, basil, lavender or sage do not use Oregano, it may cause the same allergic reaction.
