Chicken Coop Chatter©
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Thick cream
4 T. Honey
1 T. Butter (to grease the pan)
1 Pint Strawberries (sweetened to taste)
Whipped cream topping
(A hand whisk, hand mixer, blender or Emersion bender)
In a medium bowl whip the flour, eggs, milk, cream, and honey together until smooth. This should be a thin batter. Melt the butter in the skillet set to Medium or Medium High. With a ladle scoop out about 1/4 cup of the batter and slowly pour into the hot skillet. Loosen the edges of the crepe with a turner and turn over when lightly browned. Brown the other side. Fold in half and in half again in a fan shape on a serving plate. Garnish with Whipped Cream and sweetened strawberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and drizzle with strawberry syrup if desired. Serve warm with a side of strawberries and whipped cream.
