FRENCH TOAST SURPRISE

Cast Iron hotcake griddle
8-10 Pieces firm bread
12 whole eggs (or substitute eggnog for 6 eggs) (1 egg per slice of french toast center)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
1 T. Butter
Cookie cutter
With a cookie cutter or biscuit cutter, cut out the center of each piece of bread. Beat the milk, 6 eggs and extract until light and fluffy. Dredge each piece of bread in the egg mixture until coated. Place the bread into a pre-heated, buttered frying skillet. Break one whole egg into the center of each piece of bread. Fry until nicely browned on both sides. Drizzle with my Eggnog Caramel sauce for an extra special treat. Serve with maple flavored bacon and fruit cup.
