2 T. Dried Savory
2 T. Dried Marjoram
3 tsp. Dried Parsley
3/4 tsp. dried Thyme
1/8 tsp. Onion powder
1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Powdered Chicken broth (or crushed Chicken bouillon cubes)
Mix all the ingredients together. If you like you can use an herb blender or mortar and pestle for a finer blend. Pour into airtight containers to store. Shake before using.
USES: Use the same as you would for store-bought, adjust to taste. This mix can be either sprinkled or used as a rub for chicken or other poultry meat.
