In this recipe, you can make the vanilla sugar, the lemonade and even the ice cream and Crème Fraiche to have on hand all through the summer when you want a frozen lemonade. Once the lemonade is chilled, it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare the frozen/frosty lemonade.
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
1-2 C. Lemonade (see the link to make your own)
⦁ 3-4 generous Scoops Creme Fraiche Blueberry ice cream (see link below)
Lemon Zest (optional)
⦁ sliced lemons, for garnish
- Straw and Spoon
Directions
Add lemonade and ice cream to a blender. Blend until smooth and divide evenly among glasses. Garnish with slices of lemon and zest, add a spoon and straw, and serve.
Tip: You may want to try this with Vanilla Lavender Sugar, or other flavored sugar.
