Bro is a good cook, he's been batching for a long time, so he's a pro at it and what he may struggle with he comes to me to find out how to make it. He also cans the local fruits and makes jams n jellies as well as dehydrates local products. I was able to help him get started canning and dehydrating and he has put up quite a bit of food for the winter months. Notice the paper plate for serving, now is that the sign of a bachelor or what.
Ingredients
6 Chicken Drum Sticks
1/4 Cup Honey BBQ Sauce
Salt n Pepper (to taste)
Directions
350 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn at about 30 minutes. At 50 minutes brush on bbq sauce. Remove from the oven and brush over the entire drum, any of the excess sauce that ran off. Serve with Sweet Rice and Sweet n Sour Sauce.
