Serves 2:
Sauerkraut Salad (8-14-16)
1/2 medium Tomato (diced)
1 Small Ripe Sweet Pepper (sliced)
1 medium Carrot (peeled and grated)
2 C. Sauerkraut (well drained)
Mix all ingredients together. Garnish Fresh Parsley, Edible Flowers or other fresh herbs.
Note: There is no dressing on this salad, just the blended flavors of the vegetables. The flavors meld together so the kraut becomes very mild flavored.
Serving Suggestion: Serve as a side salad or light lunch. Pair with your favorite Sausage, Hot dogs on a bun or Grilled Pork Loin.
